Shipping

Please allow one to three weeks for your order to ship, as most items are handmade to order. Your jewellery will arrive in hand-stamped cotton pouch.

Standard shipping is calculated at checkout. All orders are shipped through Canada Post. If you wish to expedite shipping, purchase tracking, or inquire about international shipping, please contact us. We are not responsible for any duty or custom fees for international buyers.

All prices are listed and charged in Canadian dollars.

Sizing

Custom sizing is available. Please enter the size you require in the notes field during checkout.

Returns + Exchanges

Please contact us if you wish to make a return or exchange. We want you to be happy with your purchase! Returns and exchanges must arrive back to the studio within 14 days of arrival and must be in original condition with original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges, and we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Custom orders are final sale.

Jewellery Care

Each item is hand fabricated with great care and a keen attention to detail. The nature of this work may result in slight variations from piece to piece, resulting in a truly unique piece of jewellery. Silver oxidizes over time due to exposure to oxygen, moisture and change in temperature. To preserve the longevity of your piece store your jewellery in a cotton pouch or protective container. You may clean your jewellery with warm water and a gentle cleaner, as well as use a polishing cloth or soft cotton material to restore the original luster to your jewellery. Chemical polishing solutions are not recommended for cleaning your jewellery.
